As a federal government program, the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), understands how difficult it can be to deal with overlapping and competing interests, especially as the U.S. faces an increasingly hostile foreign climate. • Assisted Acquisitions Services orders are administered and awarded by Contracting Officers and specialists who were among the first to receive the new, mandatory, FAC-C Digital Services (DS) Certifications, which are now required on orders for the management of digital services over the FAR Subpart 13.500(c) commercial items threshold
