Bioinformatics Software and Research Support

Govplace partner Ariadne provides NCI and thousands of other clients, including eight of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, with a best of class bioinformatics software suite for pathway analysis and natural language processing of biologic research data called Pathway Studio®. Pathway Studio allows NCI researchers to rapidly extract relevant facts and relationships from large document collections and build focused knowledge bases. The extracted knowledge is used in an interactive scaffold for defining and testing in silico-based hypotheses across a wide range of disciplines. The National Cancer Institute purchased site licenses at multiple locations worldwide through the ECS III contract.
