CDC Mid-Tier Data Center

Unisys CDC Mid-Tier Data Center (MTDC) past performance is a task order awarded under CIO-SP2i. As the prime contractor for CDC MTDC, Unisys manages large and complex IT-related efforts. Unisys supported marked increases in server management and maintenance, hosted applications, and regional servers. Unisys successful planning, execution, and monitoring of these functions enabled the MTDC to take on additional responsibilities, such as support of the development and test environments for a critical program, BioSense. This centralization of services and commonality of support offer the MTDC customer base economies of scale effective enough to drive down agency IT costs and to enable CDC to focus on its customer, the U.S. public. We provide the technical and functional contract-level activities necessary to manage the MTDC program, including centralized administrative, clerical, documentation, and other related functions, as well as the technical and functional activities necessary to manage the tasks of the MTDC SOW.
